  • 4 whole wheat pita breads, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat and warm pita wedges: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pita wedges on a baking tray and warm them for about 5 minutes until soft and slightly toasted.
  2. Prepare dips: Spoon the hummus and tzatziki sauce into small serving bowls, placing them centrally on your serving platter.
  3. Arrange vegetables and cheese: Neatly arrange the roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, cucumber slices, and cherry tomatoes around the dips to create an inviting display.
  4. Drizzle and garnish: Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil evenly over the entire platter. Then sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the top to add color and a fresh herbal note.
  5. Serve: Present the platter immediately alongside the warm pita wedges for dipping and sharing.
