  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Chicken:

  • 8 to 10 chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

Instructions
