Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

Boursin Topping:

  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Additional:

  • Cherry tomatoes or asparagus (optional, for roasting alongside)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Season salmon: Pat dry the salmon fillets and place them in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Top with Boursin: Distribute chunks of Boursin cheese evenly over each fillet.
