3 tablespoons olive oil, 3 cloves garlic (minced), ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional), ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted), 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
