  • 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounce can corn, drained
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Toppings:

  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 3-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
