  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg (room temperature)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
  2. Brownie Layer: In a large bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the dry ingredients and mini chocolate chips. Pour two-thirds of the batter into the pan.
