  • Prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • Asparagus & carrot

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: Pour warm water into the beaten eggs. Add salt and stir well.
  2. Divide and Steam: Strain the mixture into 2 serving bowls. Sprinkle chive if using. Cover with cling film, pierce, and steam for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Season and Serve: Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil. Optionally, garnish with prawns and vegetables, then steam for an additional 3 minutes.
