Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup brewed Dunkin’ Donuts Coconut Ground Coffee
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or the milk of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Freeze Coffee Cubes: Pour the brewed Dunkin’ Donuts Coconut Ground Coffee into an ice cube tray, then freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight to create coffee ice cubes.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Place the frozen coffee ice cubes into a blender along with the ripe bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, almond butter, and honey if using. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie for sweetness and adjust by adding more honey if desired. Blend again briefly if honey is added.
  4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately as a refreshing and energizing treat.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, omit the honey or substitute with agave syrup or maple syrup.
  • Use any dairy or plant-based milk according to your preference.
  • The frozen coffee cubes help chill the smoothie without diluting the flavor.
  • Adjust the amount of almond butter for a thicker or thinner smoothie texture.
  • Add a handful of spinach or a scoop of protein powder for an extra nutritional boost.
