Tofu
- 1 (16 oz) package super firm or extra firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1/3 cup plain plant-based milk or regular milk
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Honey Garlic Sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1–2 teaspoons chili garlic paste (optional)
- 2–3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
For Serving
- Thinly sliced green onions

- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a large baking sheet.
