  • 2/3 cup lukewarm Milk
  • 2 tsp Dried active yeast
  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp Butter, softened (salted)
  • 1.5 tbsp Milk (for brushing)
  • Butter for brushing on top

Instructions

  1. Activate Yeast: In a small bowl, combine lukewarm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, condensed milk, and butter. Add activated yeast and mix into a dough.
  3. Knead Dough: Knead the dough at low speed for 3-4 minutes, then medium to high speed for 10-12 minutes until smooth.
  4. Rise: Let the dough rise for 60 minutes until doubled in size.
  5. Shape Rolls: Divide dough, shape into balls, and place in a pan.
  6. Proofing: Let the rolls proof for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
  7. Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush rolls with milk and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Finish: Brush hot rolls with butter before serving.
