Dough:
- 2/3 cup lukewarm Milk
- 2 tsp Dried active yeast
- 2.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tbsp Butter, softened (salted)
- 1.5 tbsp Milk (for brushing)
- Butter for brushing on top
- Activate Yeast: In a small bowl, combine lukewarm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix Ingredients: In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, condensed milk, and butter. Add activated yeast and mix into a dough.
- Knead Dough: Knead the dough at low speed for 3-4 minutes, then medium to high speed for 10-12 minutes until smooth.
- Rise: Let the dough rise for 60 minutes until doubled in size.
