  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Assembly:

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cherry Mixture: Wash and pit the cherries, then combine with Amaretto to marinate.
  2. Make Mascarpone Cream: Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form, then mix in mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Assemble Tiramisu: Dip ladyfingers in coffee, layer with cream, cherry mixture, and repeat.
  4. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, dust with cocoa powder, garnish with chocolate, and enjoy!

Notes
