Frozen S’mores Recipe
Frozen S’mores are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat. Creamy layers of chocolate pudding, marshmallow creme, and Cool Whip sandwiched between graham crackers and frozen to perfection.

For the Chocolate Layer:
- 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided
For the Marshmallow Layer:
- 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided
- 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- Pinch of salt
- Prepare the Chocolate Layer: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Whisk: In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth.
- Spread: Lay half of the graham crackers in the dish, spread pudding mix over them, and chill.
- Mix: Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
- Freeze: Spread cream cheese mixture over the chocolate layer. Add remaining graham crackers on top. Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
- Slice: Remove the frozen filling from the dish, slice into 12 squares following the graham crackers.
- Serve: Enjoy softened or store in the freezer in a zip-top bag. If frozen, allow to soften for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can customize these s’mores by adding nuts, chocolate chips, or caramel between the layers.
- For a quicker version, use pre-made chocolate pudding and store-bought marshmallow creme.
