For the Tortellini:

  • 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Skillet: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
