  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix well.
  3. Add wet ingredients: Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat for 2 minutes until combined.
  4. Blend in boiling water: Stir in boiling water until smooth. Pour batter into the pan.
