  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  2. Make the Caesar Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
