Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook for 3–4 minutes until soft.
  2. Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until spinach wilts.
  4. Remove from heat and top with crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm. Enjoy with crusty bread or over rice.
