For Melting:

  • 35 g Dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil

To Mix In:

  • 35 g Dark chocolate (chopped into small chunks)
  • 50 g Oat flour
  • 20 g Cacao powder
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 60 ml Skim milk
  • 120 g Granulated stevia
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C(fan)/350°F/Gas 4. Line a 8×6 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Chocolate: Melt 35 g Dark chocolate with 2 tbsp Coconut oil and set aside.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine 50 g Oat flour, 20 g Cacao powder, 1 pinch Sea salt, 120 g Granulated stevia, and 0.5 tsp Baking powder.
  4. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together 180 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt, 1 Egg, 60 ml Skim milk, and 1 tsp Vanilla extract. Add the melted chocolate and coconut oil mixture and combine.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, then fold in 35 g Dark chocolate chunks.
  6. Bake: Pour the brownie batter into the lined pan, sprinkle some chocolate on top, and bake for 30-35 minutes until a knife comes out mostly clean.
  7. Cool and Serve: Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
