Raspberry Purée:

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Additional Ingredients:

  • Vanilla milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla oat milk)
  • Brewed matcha tea

  4. Assemble the Latte: Add a couple of tablespoons of the raspberry purée to a glass. Add ice, then top with approximately 1/2 cup of vanilla milk, 1/2 cup of brewed matcha tea, and milk foam (optional).
