Hawaiian Roll Sliders:

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls

Meat and Cheese:

  • 8 ounces Deli Ham (thinly sliced)
  • 3 ounces Pepperoni (thinly sliced)
  • 3 ounces Salami (thinly sliced)
  • 4 ounces Provolone Cheese (sliced)

Glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Italian Sub Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Toppings:

  • 8 ounces Lettuce (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Tomato (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini Peppers (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9X13” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  3. Layer the Meats and Cheese: Layer deli ham, provolone cheese, pepperoni, and salami on the bottom half of the rolls. Place the top half of the rolls on top.
  4. Make the Glaze: Melt butter, then mix in Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Brush the glaze over the rolls.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5-10 more minutes.
  6. Prepare the Italian Sub Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and Italian seasoning. Toss in shredded lettuce.
  7. Final Assembly: Add dressed lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncini peppers to the sliders. Serve warm.
