Make lunchtime fun and delicious with these kid-friendly back-to-school lunch ideas that are easy to pack and full of flavor!

Ingredients

Fruit and Veggie Cube:

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup baby carrots
  • 1 celery stalk, cut into sticks

Protein and Cheese Cube:

  • 2 oz. Buffalo turkey (or turkey of choice)
  • 2 oz. Cubed pepper jack cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 1 oz. crackers

Grape and Pretzel Cube:

  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free pretzels (or regular pretzels)

Bagel and Deli Cube:

  • 1 gluten-free everything bagel (or any flavor bagel)
  • 2 slices deli ham
  • 1 slice American cheese (or any cheese)
  • 1/3 cup baby spinach

Sandwich Cube:

  • 2 slices gluten-free bread (or any bread)
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (or seed butter)
  • 2 tbsp jelly

Melon and Crackers Cube:

  • 1/2 cup cubed melon
  • 1/2 cup cheese crackers (or crackers of choice)

Instructions

  1. Fruit and Veggie Cube: Divide strawberries, baby carrots, and celery sticks into the bottom compartments of 1 lunch cube. Add turkey slices, pepper jack cheese, and seed crackers to the top compartment.
  2. Protein and Cheese Cube: Divide grapes and pretzels into the bottom compartments of a second lunch cube. Assemble ham, cheese, and spinach on the everything bagel, slice in half, and place in the top compartment.
  3. Bagel and Deli Cube: Divide melon and cheese crackers into the bottom compartment of a third lunch cube. Spread nut butter and jelly on bread, slice diagonally, and place in the top compartment.
