  • 25 g granulated sugar

  • 238 g milk
  • 82 g cake flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Filling:

  • 220 g heavy cream
  • 20 g granulated sugar
  • Fresh mango cubes

Instructions

  1. Crepes: In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, cake flour, and vanilla extract. Sift twice. Cook crepes in a nonstick pan.
  2. Filling: Beat heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread whipped cream and mango cubes on crepes. Roll up and chill.
