For the Sliders:

  • 24 Kings Hawaiian Rolls ((2 12pk packages))
  • 24 meatballs (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
  2. Make Garlic Butter: Combine all garlic butter ingredients and mix well.
  3. Prepare Rolls: Arrange the rolls in a 9×13′ pan, cut a hole in the middle of each roll, brush with garlic butter, and bake.
  4. Fill Rolls: Stuff rolls with cheese, meatballs, sauce, and remaining cheese.
  5. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until meatballs are hot and cheese is melted.
