For the Quiche:
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/4 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated, divided
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Place ham in a medium skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir cream cheese until softened and smooth. Add ham, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder, and stir together until fully combined and incorporated.
- Unroll pie dough and place in pie dish, crimping edges as desired.
- Transfer mixture to pie dish, then sprinkle with 1/3 cup cheddar cheese and green onion.
- In the same bowl as before, whisk together eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream until combined, then pour mixture into pie dish and top with remaining 1/3 cup cheese.
- Place pie dish in oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is just set.
