Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone, klopfix, vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract), and granulated sugar. Gradually add the unwhipped cream and whip the mixture until it forms stiff peaks, ensuring a thick and smooth texture.
  2. Dip Ladyfingers: Briefly dip the ladyfingers into freshly brewed espresso, making sure they are moist but not soggy. Lay a base layer of these soaked ladyfingers evenly in your serving dish.
  3. Layer Cream: Spread a generous layer of the prepared mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers, creating an even smooth surface.
  4. Add Nutella Layer: Spoon and spread a generous layer of Nutella over the mascarpone cream, adding rich chocolate hazelnut flavor.
  5. Repeat Layers: Repeat the process with another layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers, followed by mascarpone cream and Nutella to build the dessert height and richness.
