  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Peaches:

  • 56 peaches, cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Melt the butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the batter: Mix together flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add milk and vanilla, stir until just combined.
