Batter:
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) salted butter, cubed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup light or dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Peaches:
- 5–6 peaches, cut into 8 wedges
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
