Pasta:
- 12 oz. Cellentani Pasta Noodles (Barilla)
Cheese Sauce:
- 2 tbsp. salted butter
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cup whole milk
- 1 cup Medium Cheddar Cheese shreds at room temp (85g)
- 1 cup Reduced Fat Sharp Cheese – shredded, at room temp (85g)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup low skim mozzarella cheese shreds (56g)
- 1/4 cup Italian Breadcrumbs (28g)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (63g)
- 30 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (30g)
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425F and cook pasta noodles according to package instructions.
- Make Cheese Sauce: Melt butter in a pan, add flour, then slowly whisk in milk, salt, and garlic. Simmer until thickened, about 3 minutes.
- Add Cheese: Slowly stir in cheddar and sharp cheeses until melted. Add cooked pasta and mix.
- Assemble: Stir in pizza sauce and pepperoni. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake: Top with mozzarella, breadcrumbs, and more pepperoni if desired. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from oven and enjoy your delicious Pizza Mac and Cheese!
