  • 1 orange pepper, diced

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Pinch of salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Thinly slice the chicken breasts, onion, and orange pepper. Mince the garlic, finely dice the jalapeño pepper, and shred the green cabbage.
  2. Cook Chicken: Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked through and browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, cook onion until softened. Add garlic and jalapeño, then cabbage and orange pepper.
  4. Add Sauce: Pour in chicken stock, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Cook until cabbage is tender-crisp.
