  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (gluten-free if needed)

Coating:

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted (use dairy-free for dairy-free version)
  • 2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips, salted caramel chips, dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix Dough: Combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, sweetener, cinnamon, and baking powder. Form a dough.
  2. Adjust Consistency: If too soft, add more almond flour until firm.
  3. Shape: Roll into 8 balls and place on parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
