  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare rhubarb: Chop enough rhubarb to make 2 cups and set aside.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
