Sushi Rice:
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 ½ cups water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Salmon Mixture:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked (or canned salmon)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
