  • 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked (or canned salmon)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • 2 sheets nori, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Rice: Rinse sushi rice, cook with water, then mix in vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  3. Prepare Salmon Mixture: Combine cream cheese, salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, and green onions.
  4. Assemble: Spread rice in a baking dish, layer with salmon mixture, nori, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and allow to cool slightly before serving.
