  • 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup water or beef broth

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup refried beans (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked Mexican rice or instant Mexican rice
  • 4 Burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Fritos or Doritos
  • 1 cup cheese dip, warmed (like Tostitos)
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salsa, if desired

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a sauté pan, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning and water, stir and cook for another minute. Mix in the refried beans.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Warm the Mexican rice. Heat tortillas in the microwave. Assemble by adding meat, rice, Fritos, cheese dip, shredded cheese, and sour cream onto each tortilla.
