Chicken:

  • 6 chicken breasts or 3.5 lb chicken

Instructions

  1. Prepare marinade. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together. Reserve half a cup of marinade for basting.
  2. Marinate chicken. Place chicken in a resealable bag, pour marinade, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
