Croissant Sandwich:

  • 4 Large Croissants (or 8 Mini Croissants!)
  • 8 Slices of Havarti Cheese
  • 16 Slices of Turkey
  • 4 Tablespoons of Apricot Jelly
  • 4 Tablespoons of Honey Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup of Arugula or Micro Greens
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Slice Croissants: Cut each croissant in half. Spread apricot jelly on one half and honey mustard on the other.
  3. Assemble: On the bottom half of each croissant, layer cheese, turkey slices, and arugula or micro greens.
  4. Top and Season: Place the croissant tops back on. Brush with butter, sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning, and drizzle with honey.
  5. Bake: Arrange sandwiches on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
