  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3.5 cups whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Additional Ingredients:

  • 9 to 12 fresh or dried lasagna noodles
  • 1.5 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Gather and prep the vegetables: Chop all the vegetables.
  3. Cook the vegetable filling: In a skillet, sauté onion, garlic, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, and seasonings. Add spinach and navy beans.
  4. Cook the lasagna noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
  5. Make the white sauce: Melt butter, whisk in flour, pour in milk, add seasonings, cook until thickened, and stir in parmesan.
