  • 12 cups shredded Cheddar

  3. Cook zucchini patties: Heat garlic butter in a skillet, shape the zucchini mixture into patties, and cook until golden and crisp on both sides.
  4. Assemble grilled cheese: Top one zucchini patty with shredded cheddar, place the second patty on top to form a sandwich, and cook until the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve: Remove from the pan, let cool briefly, slice, and serve.
